The Kid’s Healthy Eating Plate is a visual information to encourage kids to eat effectively and keep moving. It was created by diet consultants at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, based on the best available science. The Kid’s Wholesome Eating Plate is designed to reinforce the visible steering provided by the U.S. Division of Agriculture’s MyPlate icon and – just like the Healthy Eating Plate – its main focus is diet quality.
