As somebody who is aware of her health, I spent thirteen years cultivating a vegetarian weight loss program. I took time to plan and balance meals that included products reminiscent of soy milk, soy yogurt, tofu, and Chick’n patties. I pored over labels on the lookout for words I couldn’t pronounce-sometimes one or two would pop up. Soy protein isolate? Great! They’ve remoted the protein from the soybean to make it extra concentrated. Hydrolyzed soy protein? I never efficiently rationalized that one, however I wasn’t too apprehensive.
